Do you think its ok for employess to take things from work for their personal use

I think its not ok just to take employees things away from them and take it home it rude and that's is disrespectful. My second reason it would be ok if employee take a personal item home as long he ask the manger or some one else then they will know who will have it.

what i need to do for my career dream goal come true

To make my career dream goal come true I need to Graduate high school and get my diploma. I think for me I probably would go step bye step first so everything would be in order for me and I would be on track for my career goal but some people has their own way to reach their goal.
